This Italian favorite in Palo Alto is serving a special Thanksgiving menu that starts with vegetarian soup of butternut squash and potato, or vegetarian salad with frisee, radicchio, endives and more. The Secondi course is a choice of tacchino arrosto tradizionale with roasted turkey and bread stuffing, cranberry sauce, turkey gravy, mashed potatoes, baked yams and haricots verts; or prosciutto cotto all'ananas with baked ham with grilled pineapples and honey mustard sauce, mashed potatoes, baked yams and haricots verts. The dessert brings torta di zucca with a selection of gelato flavors, including traditional pumpkin pie with vanilla gelato and caramel sauce, garnished with whipped cream, sliced strawberries and mint.

This French eatery offers a delightful Thanksgiving menu from noon to 8 p.m. It's a four-course prix-fixe meal for $79 per person or $24 for kids. First up is fuyu persimmon salad with endives, arugula, pomegranate and sherry vinaigrette. Second is butternut squash soup with creme fraiche, chives and roasted pumpkin seeds. Mains are your choice of roasted turkey with fixings, butternut squash ravioli with beautiful vegetarian sides, grilled pork chops with tasty treats, and salmon with French lentils and other delights. Dessert is your choice of pumpkin pie or apple pie.
