The evening of May 15th, 2018 marked the fifth Annual Benefit Gala at Hebrew Union College – Jewish Institute of Religion, which honored Bay Area philanthropists Tad and Dianne Taube for their decades of work supporting Jewish Life and Culture throughout the Bay Area and abroad. They recently made a $15 million gift to update, enhance, and beautify the HUC-JIR campus in Jerusalem – the largest single gift ever received by the college. The Taubes also announced a new scholarship in honor of the late Rabbi Aaron Panken. Learn more at www.taubephilanthropies.com.
