Starting in August, Silicon Valley-ites will have a fresh option for modern menswear—both off-the-rack and made-to-measure. Dutch brand Suitsupply is slated to open a 4,425-square-foot outpost at Santana Row, which has been on the company’s “wish list for a long time,” says Vice President Nish de Gruiter, noting that online sales in the area have been growing rapidly in recent years. “This felt like a logical next step for us—to open a store allowing our customers to get closer to the product and experience our in-house services, such as on-demand alterations and personal tailoring.” While the retailer is suit-centric, button-downs, polos, blazers, coats and shoes also comprise its offerings—along with accessories like belts and polka-dotted socks to complete a look. 334 Santana Row, San Jose
