TIME TO SHINE
Hermès’ white-gold and diamond-encrusted Faubourg Joaillerie truly dazzles. Price available upon request.
For the first time in the United States, Hermès is partnering with a retailer for a watch pop-up—and it’s happening right here in the Valley.
“The creativity and the elegance of the Stephen Silver boutique was in perfect harmony with the values of the House of Hermès,” says Robert Peterman, the Parisian brand’s vice president of watches, of the collaboration with the Menlo Park jeweler. “In selecting the products for the pop-up,” adds Peterman, “we felt that unique and exceptional should be our main focus.”
Take the Faubourg Joaillerie, which features 652 diamonds—388 alone comprise the bracelet—and a quartz, Swissmade movement. The Arceau Ecuyère Aventurine has a white-gold case, set with 74 diamonds, and an indigo-blue alligator strap; extra sparkle comes courtesy of a dial with 28 diamonds and a crown with one rose-cut diamond. Now through May 27, they are among the Hermès timepieces available at the intimate 100-square-foot outpost of Stephen Silver at the Rosewood Sand Hill.
