1 1/2 oz Belvedere Vodka
1/4 oz St. Germaine
Method: Combine sho Chiku Bai Nigori, Belvedere Vodka, and St. Germaine, shake and pour into a martini glass, and garnish with cucumber slice.

¾ oz Cointreau
1.5 oz vodka
¾ oz lime juice
½ oz ginger syrup
Method: Combine ingredients, shake and pour over ice in a tall glass. Garnish with kiwi.
This Japanese-American dive bar really knows how to honor the blending of different cultures. And what better way to commemorate this harmony than with the harmony of different alcohols? Created by Masahiro Urushido, The Meguroni #2 is a great way to celebrate Team USA from your backyard.
3/4 oz. iichiko saiten
3/4 oz. caffo red bitter
3/4 oz. choya kokutou Umeshu
1/4 oz. Genever
Method: Combine all ingredients and stir. Strain over a large ice cube. Twist of lemon and discard and garnish with kinome.

2 oz. iichiko 25 Silhouette Shochu
2 oz. Watermelon Puree
1/2 oz. Lime Juice
1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
1/4 oz. Elderflower Liqueur
Method: Combine iichiko, watermelon puree, elderflower liqueur, lime juice, simple syrup, and ice in a shaker. Shake vigorously and double strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a watermelon wedge.
If you can’t make it to these restaurants, don’t sweat it! All recipes can be recreated within the comforts of your own home.
Using any TKYU Sake, you can make a Sake Champagne Mojito in your own kitchen.
330ml bottle of TYKU Junmai Sake
Half bottle of Champagne
3-4 Cut Limes
Method: Fill a pitcher with ice halfway, pour over TYKU Junmai sake, and half a bottle of champagne. Add limes, Stevia drops, and garnish with fresh mint sprigs. Mix with and serve over ice.
