Nobu Palo Alto Is An Aesthetic Juggernaut

By Michael McCarthy By Michael McCarthy | August 25, 2021 | Lifestyle

California-based Montalba Architects clearly had a simple mission in mind when designing the recently renovated Nobu Hotel Palo Alto: grace and flow.

Everything, especially on the Ryokan’s seventh and eighth floors, revolves around brilliantly crafted open spaces that blend indoor and outdoor environments. Guests will find new dining areas and rooms, in addition to a reimagined facade. The stunning Ryokan suites were designed with hues of light, soothing tones, including white oak paneling, teak accents and natural crema marfil marble stone. The entire property is an aesthetic juggernaut that combines a tranquil Japanese-Californian aesthetic—framed by the Santa Cruz Mountains—in the heart of Silicon Valley.
