Co-working company Spaces is expanding in the Valley.
Spaces Menlo Park launched last summer, and, in February, the Dutch-based brand arrived in the South Bay. “Spaces was founded on the idea that success breeds more success, which is why we chose Santana Row as the location for our San Jose debut,” says Amanda Aldrete, the new outpost’s area manager. “The destination offers the best dining, nightlife and shopping—and brings together people from the world’s most innovative companies, from startups to corporations.”
Encompassing 29,000 square feet, it includes a 5,300-square-foot business club that houses 312 co-working desks. Additionally, 100 private offices are available for rent (from $819 per month), as are 16 dedicated desks. Members also have access to three meeting rooms and concierge-level hospitality services. Monthly memberships from $330. 3031 Tisch Way, First Floor, San Jose
