The Human Rights Watch Annual Dinner: Voices for Justice in the Hotel Nia in Menlo Park was one of two dozen Human Rights Watch holds around the world each year. The program emphasized the breadth and value of Human Rights Watch work worldwide. It raised $2 million to help finance this work.
The keynote speaker was Nicole Austin-Hillery, executive director of the Human Rights Watch US Program. Austin-Hillery leads Human Rights Watch efforts against domestic human rights violations, from race discrimination to abuses in the US immigration and criminal justice systems. hrw.org/join-us/voices-for-justice
