Holiday Heroes, benefiting the Wender Weis Foundation for Children, brought holiday joy to Oracle Park while raising much-needed funds for underserved children and families.

The celebration marked the 26th year of creating signature events, with a mission each season to create moments of wonder that spark a lifetime of possibilities.

The magical evening included more than 400 underserved children and their families attending as special guests.

“For some families, Holiday Heroes was their only holiday celebration of the season, and the gifts they receive at the event will be their only holiday presents,” said Amy Wender, founder and president of the Wender Weis Foundation for Children.
Joy pervaded all of Oracle Park.
Notable guests included Misty Copeland, Gabe Kapler, Danielle Slaton and Sharyn Bires, group publisher of San Francisco and Silicon Valley magazines.
Fans of the 49ers showed their adoration of the team.
