The Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley transforms into a winter wonderland through the end of January.
Four Seasons Silicon Valley lights the holiday nights this season.
Pity our friends in snowy climes, as they can’t spend the morning at the beach and the evenings blissfully skating and sipping hot cocoa. Visitors at Palo Alto’s Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley are in for a treat this winter, as the property rolls out its pop-up Après Village and skate rink.
The outdoor terrace of Quattro, the hotel’s signature restaurant, transforms into an escape adorned with wooden chalets, fire tables and light-festooned alpine trees. Pashmina blankets and plaid cushions complete the winter scene. Looking for an outing for a group of up to six? Reserve the semi-private chalets through Open Table.
Guests can expect plenty of warm libations.
An Airstream food truck, wildly popular during the property’s private events, will feature Snake River Farm wagyu sliders (Impossible Burgers are also available), Raclette ham-and-cheese sandwiches, loaded fries, churros and Nutella crepes with berries and whipped cream. Craft brews and hot chocolate with housemade marshmallows complement the bites. Guests also can expect signature s’mores and custom cocktails.
Rent private chalets for up to six guests.
While our mild temperatures would make for slushy ice, the skating rink features a synthetic surface perfect for gliding the night away during 45-minute sessions. Bonus: After the winter waltz, you won’t have frozen digits and cheeks. 2050 University Ave., 650. 566.1200, East Palo Alto, fourseasons.com
