For more than 60 years, Fugetsu market has brought delicious and authentic flavors of Osaka, Japan to the Bay Area. Okonomiyaki is the specialty (which is a super tasty cabbage and noodle pancake that is very savory indeed), but the takeout location also offers deep-friend skewers, aka Kushikatsu, and more. There is another location in Sunnyvale that offers dining in and takeout, so be sure to check them out, too!

Fremont and Santa Clara are home to this must-try Korean Japanese fusion restaurant. The flavors are authentic, and the techniques are all about American convenience. Enjoy a wrap-style Afghani hamburger, burrito, gyro, Kati roll or sandwich. Grab a bowl on the go with bibimbap or Korean BBQ galbi, and so many more flavor combos.

If Vietnamese flavors are what you’re after, TP Banh Bao 5 is a favorite among locals. Fried baos are the specialty in both savory or sweet combinations. Get a pork, chicken or vegetarian bao bun to go, and take a custard or taro bite for the road.

Who doesn’t love a bagel bite on the go? This Mountain View stop is serving fresh bagels with premium spreads in all the classic flavors and then some. The breakfast bagels are particularly lovely, with bacon, egg and cheese, Mediterranean, Baja, Western breakfast bagels and more. The bagel-wiches are so good, with various fillings from grilled chicken salad to turkey with avocado, and pastrami. You can also order from the deli menu directly, getting a chicken salad or whitefish salad, lox and more sans bagels.

This Korean market located in Sunnyvale and Fremont is a great place to grab some tasty treats on the go. The Basquia Bakery bakes fresh bread for sandwiches on the daily, and there are sushi rolls, sashimi bites and more available as well. You can also grab fish-shaped buns, sausage bread, K-corn dogs, puff pastries, cakes and more.
