Fans of Mademoiselle Colette, the French patisserie in Menlo Park and Palo Alto, will soon have all-day access to its toothsome croissants and more. A third location opening this month in downtown Redwood City will have late hours “to allow customers to have a nice pastry and glass of wine after dinner,” notes owner Debora Ferrand, a Cordon Bleu-trained pastry chef. New executive chef Nicolas Agraz, also from France, will expand Mademoiselle Colette’s savory menu, according to Ferrand, while the decor will reflect “the same Parisian feeling but with a new touch.” 2401 Broadway, 650.644.8469
