It was through designing for herself that Atherton-based Bridget King conceived of her latest collection, Bijoux ($240 to $2,100). After getting a second ear piercing, she began thinking about the type of pieces that were missing from her own jewelry box. “Asymmetric and nonmatching earrings came to mind,” she says, noting that the new styles are available for purchase individually or as a pair. In addition to nine earring designs, the line includes five necklaces and a bracelet—incorporating white topaz or baguette diamonds set in 14K white, yellow or rose gold. Although she only recently rolled out Bijoux, with its early success—who couldn’t use a little low-key luxe?—King is already planning to expand the range.
